  • ग्राहकलाई स्वागत गर्नु र टेबलमा बस्न सहयोग गर्न

  • मेनु प्रस्तुत गर्नु र परिकार तथा पेयको बारेमा जानकारी दिन

  • ग्राहकबाट अर्डर लिनु र किचनमा ठिक ढंगले बुझाउन

  • खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ समयमै र सफा रूपमा सर्भ गर्न

  • ग्राहकको आवश्यकताको ख्याल राख्नु (पानी, सस, अतिरिक्त अनुरोधहरू आदि)

  • प्रयोग भएको टेबल सफा गर्नु र पुनः तयारी अवस्थामा राख्न

  • बिल तयार गर्नु र नगद वा डिजिटल माध्यमबाट भुक्तानी संकलन गर्न

  • ग्राहकबाट आएका प्रतिक्रिया, गुनासो वा सुझाव ध्यानपूर्वक सुन्नु र समाधान गर्न सहयोग गर्न

  • रेष्टुरेन्टको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्न

  • सहकर्मीहरूसँग समन्वयमा काम गर्न

  • व्यवस्थापनलाई आवश्यक रिपोर्ट तथा विवरण उपलब्ध गराउन
