Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service.

  2. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, cold drinks, and other beverages according to standards.

  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.

  4. Take accurate orders and handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, bar counters, and equipment.

  6. Operate the POS/cash register and handle customer payments accurately when required.

  7. Check and restock beverages, ingredients, utensils, and other service items.

  8. Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.

    Duty Hour: 9/9:30AM - 7:30/8PM
