Waiter/Waitress – Job Description

  1. Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly and polite service.

  2. Take customer orders accurately and serve sweets, snacks, beverages, and other items.

  3. Assist customers in selecting products and provide basic information about the menu and available items.

  4. Keep tables, counters, and the customer service area clean and well organized.

  5. Pack sweets and takeaway orders neatly according to customer requirements.

  6. Handle customer requests professionally and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

  7. Assist with other daily shop duties, including cleaning, arranging products, and maintaining hygiene standards.
