Waiter – Job Description

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.

  2. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar staff.

  3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and presentable manner.

  4. Set up and clear tables, and keep the dining area clean and organized.

  5. Assist customers with menu information and respond politely to their requests.

  6. Check customer satisfaction and handle basic customer concerns professionally.

  7. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper service standards throughout the café.

Note:

Duty Hour: 7AM - 7PM

Working Days: 7 Days a week
