Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. ग्राहकहरूलाई विनम्र तथा मैत्रीपूर्ण तरिकाले स्वागत गर्ने र राम्रो सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।

  2. ग्राहकको खाना तथा पेय पदार्थको अर्डर सही रूपमा लिने र किचन/बारमा समयमै जानकारी गराउने।

  3. खाना तथा पेय पदार्थहरू होटल/रेस्टुरेन्टको मापदण्डअनुसार समयमै र उचित तरिकाले सर्भ गर्ने।

  4. टेबल मिलाउने, प्रयोग भएका भाँडाकुँडा हटाउने तथा डाइनिङ क्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  5. ग्राहकका प्रश्न, अनुरोध तथा गुनासाहरूलाई विनम्रतापूर्वक सम्बोधन गर्ने र आवश्यक परे सुपरभाइजरलाई जानकारी गराउने।

  6. आवश्यकताअनुसार बिल तयार गर्ने, भुक्तानी लिने र ग्राहकलाई सही बिल/रसिद उपलब्ध गराउने।

  7. किचन, बार तथा अन्य कर्मचारीहरूसँग समन्वय गरी ग्राहकलाई छिटो, सहज र गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।

    Duty Hour: 10AM - 10PM (3 Days off in a month)
