Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with seating, and provide friendly and professional service throughout their visit.
Order Taking: Present menus, explain food and beverage options, take accurate orders, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly while maintaining proper service standards.
Table Management: Set up, clear, and clean tables, ensuring the dining area is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customer requests and concerns professionally and coordinate with the supervisor when necessary.
Billing & Payments: Present bills accurately, handle payments responsibly, and coordinate with the cashier as required.
Hygiene & Safety: Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Duty Hour: 10 hours (3 Days holiday in a Month)
