Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide professional table service.

  2. Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly according to restaurant standards.

  3. Explain menu items, make recommendations, and respond to customer queries.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and timely service.

  6. Handle customer requests and complaints politely to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Assist with billing, payments, table turnover, and other daily restaurant duties.

    Duty Hours:

    • Regular Duty: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    • Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

    • Candidates should be comfortable working late on Friday and Saturday.
