Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers warmly and provide professional service.

  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.

  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Understand the menu and provide customers with basic information about food and beverages.

  • Maintain clean and properly arranged tables, chairs, and dining areas.

  • Check on customers during their meal and respond to their requests politely.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and inform the Manager when required.

  • Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior.

  • Support the team during busy hours and contribute to a positive customer experience.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours

    Working Days: 6 days a week
