Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. ग्राहकलाई स्वागत गरी विनम्र र उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।

  2. ग्राहकलाई मेनु प्रस्तुत गर्ने तथा खाना र पेय पदार्थबारे आवश्यक जानकारी दिने।

  3. ग्राहकको अर्डर सही रूपमा लिने र किचन/बारमा समयमै पठाउने।

  4. खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ टेबलमा सही र व्यवस्थित रूपमा सर्भ गर्ने।

  5. टेबल, डाइनिङ एरिया तथा सेवा क्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  6. ग्राहकको आवश्यकता तथा गुनासोलाई छिटो र व्यावसायिक रूपमा सम्बोधन गर्ने।

  7. बिल प्रस्तुत गर्ने, भुक्तानी प्रक्रियामा सहयोग गर्ने तथा आवश्यक रेकर्ड राख्ने।

  8. F&B सेवा मापदण्ड, स्वच्छता तथा कम्पनीका नियमहरू पालना गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours

    Working Days: 6 days a week
