Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

  • Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take accurate orders.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to customer requirements.

  • Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate order service.

  • Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.

  • Prepare and present bills, process payments, and maintain accurate order records when required.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining and service areas.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours
