Job Description

  1. ग्राहकलाई स्वागत गर्ने तथा बस्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउने

  2. ग्राहकबाट अर्डर लिने र भान्सामा जानकारी गराउने

  3. खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ ग्राहकसम्म समयमै पुर्‍याउने

  4. ग्राहकका आवश्यकता तथा गुनासोहरूलाई विनम्रतापूर्वक सम्बोधन गर्ने

  5. टेबलहरू सफा, व्यवस्थित र सेवा योग्य अवस्थामा राख्ने

  6. मेनु सम्बन्धी जानकारी ग्राहकलाई प्रदान गर्ने

  7. बिल तयार गर्न तथा भुक्तानी प्रक्रियामा सहयोग गर्ने

  8. रेस्टुरेन्टको सरसफाइ तथा स्वच्छता मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  9. सहकर्मीहरूसँग समन्वय गरी उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान गर्ने

  10. व्यवस्थापनको निर्देशन अनुसार अन्य सेवा सम्बन्धी कार्यहरू गर्ने।
