  1. ग्राहकलाई स्वागत गर्ने र बस्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउने

  2. ग्राहकको अर्डर लिने र सही रूपमा किचनमा पठाउने

  3. खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ समयमै र व्यवस्थित रूपमा सर्भ गर्ने

  4. ग्राहकसँग विनम्र, शिष्ट र व्यावसायिक व्यवहार गर्ने

  5. टेबल, कुर्सी तथा डाइनिङ क्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  6. ग्राहकको आवश्यकताअनुसार सहयोग तथा सेवा प्रदान गर्ने

  7. बिलिङ तथा भुक्तानी प्रक्रियामा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने

  8. ग्राहकको गुनासो वा सुझावलाई सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिसम्म पुर्‍याउने

  9. स्वच्छता तथा सेवा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने
