Job Description

Job description:

  1. Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats in a polite and friendly manner.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

  3. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and presentable manner.

  4. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and overall restaurant environment.

  5. Assist customers with menu information and ensure good customer service experience.

  6. Work 10 hours per day, follow restaurant rules, and support team members during busy hours.

    1. ग्राहकहरूलाई स्वागत गर्ने र विनम्र तथा मैत्रीपूर्ण तरिकाले बस्ने ठाउँमा लैजाने।

    2. खाना तथा पेय पदार्थको अर्डर सही तरिकाले लिने र किचन स्टाफलाई जानकारी दिने।

    3. ग्राहकलाई समयमै र आकर्षक तरिकाले खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ सेवा गर्ने।

    4. टेबल, डाइनिङ क्षेत्र र सम्पूर्ण रेस्टुरेन्टको सरसफाइ कायम राख्ने।

    5. मेनु सम्बन्धी जानकारी दिएर ग्राहकलाई राम्रो सेवा अनुभव प्रदान गर्ने।

    6. दिनको 10 घण्टा काम गर्ने, रेस्टुरेन्टका नियम पालना गर्ने र व्यस्त समयमा टोलीलाई सहयोग गर्ने।
