Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner

  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests

  3. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards

  4. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service

  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations

  6. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery

  7. Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor

  8. Process bills and payments accurately
