Job Description

  1. Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.

  2. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.

  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

  4. Provide recommendations on menu items when asked.

  5. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.

  6. Handle customer complaints or requests efficiently and politely.

  7. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

  8. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Note: Duty hour is 9 hours per day.
