Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  3. Serve food and beverages to tables promptly.

  4. Ensure cleanliness and proper setting of tables before and after service.

  5. Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer their queries.

  6. Handle customer complaints or feedback politely and professionally.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of orders.

  8. Maintain inventory of dining supplies and report shortages.

Note: Duty hours 11 AM to 11 PM. Candidate must be able to speak English.
