Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  3. Serve food and beverages promptly to tables.

  4. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries.

  5. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining area.

  6. Handle customer complaints or special requests politely.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

  8. Process bills and handle payments accurately.

Note: Duty hours are 10 hours per day.
