Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  3. Serve food and drinks to guests on time

  4. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining area

  5. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries

  6. Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly

  7. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

  8. Prepare bills and handle payments correctly
