Job Description

  1. Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables

  2. Present menus and explain food and beverage items clearly

  3. Take accurate orders and communicate them to kitchen staff

  4. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

  5. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables

  6. Check customer satisfaction and handle complaints politely

  7. Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow

  8. Prepare bills and handle payments

  9. Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards

  10. Upsell menu items when appropriate

  11. Assist in opening and closing duties
