Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  2. Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed information about food and beverages.

  3. Take accurate customer orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.

  4. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.

  5. Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

  6. Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware before service.

  7. Process bills and coordinate with the cashier for smooth payment handling.

  8. Maintain cleanliness of dining area and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Note: Duty hour – 10 hours per day.
