Job Description

  1. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service.

  2. Deliver high-quality guest service, assisting with menu guidance and special requests.

  3. Maintain order and billing accuracy, confirming orders and processing payments correctly.

  4. Uphold cleanliness and proper table setup (mise-en-place) throughout the dining area.

  6. Exhibit strong communication skills with both guests and kitchen staff.

  7. Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service and minimize guest waiting time.
