Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.

  2. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.

  3. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.

  4. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are maintained.

  5. Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints courteously.

  6. Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware before service.

  7. Process bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

  8. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Note: Duty hour – 8 hours per day.
