Job Description

  1. Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.

  3. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation.

  4. Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and dietary preferences.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

  6. Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after meals.

  7. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

  8. Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Note: Duty hours are 10 hours per day, with a 2-hour break starting from 8 AM. Shifts can be adjusted/managed as required.
