Job Description

Job description

  1. Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly and professionally.

  2. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area hygiene at all times.

  3. Assist in basic barista duties such as preparing tea, coffee, and simple beverages when required.

  4. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

  5. Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints politely to ensure customer satisfaction.

  6. Follow workplace rules, maintain personal hygiene, and support other service duties as assigned.
