Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

  3. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.

  4. Explain menu items, specials, and answer customer questions about ingredients or preparation.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining area, and service stations.

  6. Handle cash, POS systems, and billing efficiently and accurately.

  7. Attend to customer complaints or feedback calmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  8. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.


  • Note: Candidates with a Hospitality Management (HM) background are preferred.

  • Shift Timings: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
