Job Description
Greet and welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables
Present menus, explain dishes and take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
Ensure table setup, cleanliness and proper presentation at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct and timely service
Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
Prepare bills, process payments and follow cash-handling procedures
Follow hygiene, safety and restaurant policies during service
