Job Description

  1. Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

  2. Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverages

  3. Take customer orders clearly and relay them to the kitchen or bar

  4. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards

  5. Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged before and after service

  6. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally

  7. Maintain hygiene, grooming, and workplace cleanliness at all times

  8. Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and perform basic cashier duties when required
