  2. Provide menu information and take orders accurately.

  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.

  6. Respectfully address guest requests, complaints, and suggestions.

  7. Strictly follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs.

  8. Assist in service during live shows, events, and banquets.
