● Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
● Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
● Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and dietary preferences
● Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
● Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after guests dine
● Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism
● Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
● Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area
● Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepali is required to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
● Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus
● A passion for food, especially vegan and vegetarian cuisine
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
