Job Description

  1. Greet customers warmly and take food orders.

  2. After serving food, pay attention to the customers' needs and provide service.

  3. Ensure that the kitchen staff has prepared the food properly and it is ready to be served to the customers.

  4. Serve food to customers as quickly as possible.

  5. Check dishes and kitchen areas for cleanliness and presentation, and report any issues.

  6. Verify if the orders have been delivered and collect payments.

  7. Take accurate food and drink orders by checking the order slip or by remembering them.

  9. Maintain good relationships with kitchen staff to deliver the correct food orders.

  10. Build positive relationships with colleagues to maintain a good working environment.

  11. Clean the table after the customer’s lunch or dinner.
