Biryani Bistro is a growing restaurant chain in Kathmandu, serving authentic Dum Biryani cooked the traditional Haadi way. We are opening new outlets across the valley and beyond, and looking for good people to grow with us.
What You Will Do
Greet and welcome every guest warmly
Take customer orders correctly and always repeat the order back before sending to kitchen
Know the menu well, ingredients, how food is made, and how long it takes
Suggest extra items to customers based on daily targets
Serve food and drinks quickly and follow service steps
Handle small guest questions or concerns confidently, tell Captain or Outlet Manager if needed
Keep tables and dining area clean and neat
Follow the company's guest service steps from entry to exit
What We Are Looking For
Can speak Nepali and English
Must have valid Nepali citizenship
On time, disciplined, and clean in appearance
Confident, friendly, and stays calm and positive even during rush hours
Lives near the outlet
Can work a 10 hour shift, 12 PM to 10 PM, with one day off every week
