मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू (Key Responsibilities)

  1. ग्राहकलाई विनम्रतापूर्वक स्वागत गर्ने र मेनुअनुसार खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ छनोट गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. ग्राहकबाट खाना तथा पेय पदार्थको अर्डर सही रूपमा लिने र भान्सा तथा बार टिमलाई जानकारी गराउने।

  3. ग्राहकलाई समयमै खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ सर्भ गर्ने र सेवाको गुणस्तर कायम राख्ने।

  4. टेबल, कुर्सी तथा अन्य सेवा सामग्रीहरू सफा, व्यवस्थित र निर्धारित मापदण्डअनुसार तयार राख्ने।

  5. ग्राहकको आवश्यकता र गुनासोलाई ध्यानपूर्वक सुन्ने तथा आवश्यकताअनुसार सुपरभाइजरलाई जानकारी गराउने।

  6. रेस्टुरेन्टको सरसफाइ, व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता तथा अनुशासनसम्बन्धी नियमहरू पालना गर्ने।

  7. ग्राहकलाई बिल उपलब्ध गराउने, भुक्तानी प्रक्रियामा सहयोग गर्ने तथा ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि कायम राख्ने।

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverages from the menu.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of service.

  • Ensure tables, chairs, and service equipment are clean, organized, and properly arranged.

  • Respond to customer requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

  • Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline in accordance with restaurant standards.

  • Present bills, assist with payment procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
