Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Supervise and lead waiters/waitresses to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  2. Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

  3. Assign tables and duties to service staff according to the shift requirements.

  4. Take and monitor food & beverage orders and ensure accurate, timely service.

  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order preparation and delivery.

  6. Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.

  7. Maintain service standards, hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and staff discipline throughout the shift.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 7AM - 5:30PM or 11AM - 9PM
