Job Description

  1. Supervise waiters and stewards during service to ensure smooth operations.

  2. Ensure proper table setup (mise-en-place) and maintain service standards.

  3. Monitor food and beverage service quality and presentation.

  4. Handle guest seating, reservations, and special requests.

  5. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  6. Brief staff before each shift, assign table sections, and train new team members.

  7. Monitor grooming, discipline, and overall performance of service staff.

  8. Manage guest relations by welcoming guests, handling complaints, and collecting feedback.

Note: Duty hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
