Job Description

  1. Proven experience as a Waiter Captain, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role in F&B service.

  2. Strong customer service and leadership skills.

  3. Good communication skills in English and local language.

  4. Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and basic restaurant operations.

  5. Ability to handle pressure during peak hours.

  6. Work in a restaurant or banquet setting with frequent guest interaction.

  7. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  8. Maintain daily service logs and reports.

  9. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan shifts, menus, and special events.
