Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

  • Supervise and guide waiters and service staff during service.

  • Ensure table settings are up to standard before service begins.

  • Coordinate between the service team and kitchen/bar staff.

  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and politely.

  • Train and mentor junior service staff.

  • Monitor inventory levels of service items and communicate needs to management.

    Note:Fooding Available, Duty Hours :10 hours
