Job Description
  1. Customer Service – Welcoming customers, presenting the menu according to their needs, and assisting them in making their selections.

  2. Taking Orders – Taking customer orders accurately and conveying them to the kitchen.

  3. Serving Food and Beverages – Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring the right temperature, and presenting them attractively.

  4. Managing Waiters – Supervising and coordinating other waiters, providing them with appropriate instructions and support.

  5. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction – Ensuring customer satisfaction by periodically checking on their feedback and resolving any issues.

  6. Managing Tables – Setting up clean and organized tables for customers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant dining experience.

  7. Event and Party Management – Handling preparations and arrangements for large groups or parties, ensuring smooth service.

  8. Preparing Bills – Accurately preparing customer bills and completing the payment process.

  9. Maintaining Cleanliness – Keeping the dining area, tables, and utensils clean and hygienic.

  10. Training and Assisting Staff – Training new staff and assisting them in improving their service skills.

  11. Boys should maintain a clean shave, and girls should keep their nails properly trimmed for good hygiene and a polished appearance.

    NOTE : 8am to 6 pm / 1pm to 11 pm

    Dress Code: Black dress with white shoes.

    The location has 5-6 outlets, so being flexible would be beneficial.
