Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise the daily dining and service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  2. Assign duties to waiters and service staff, provide guidance, and monitor their performance.

  3. Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle customer complaints and service-related issues.

  4. Take and coordinate customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely serving of food and beverages.

  5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the dining area, tables, menus, and service stations.

  6. Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.

  7. Support management in maintaining service quality, staff discipline, and operational standards across Pawan Sweets branches.

    Duty Hour: 8AM - 6PM or 11AM - 9PM

    Candidates should have their own vehicle.

Note:

  • The employee in this position will be required to travel between Pawan Sweets branches in Kathmandu and Lalitpur as needed.

  • Branches include: Battisputali, Durbarmarg, Jhamsikhel, and Golfutar.

  • Female candidates will not be provided accommodation, and if they are required to work overtime beyond regular duty hours, travel expenses will be provided by the company.
