Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout their stay.
Take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and other beverages according to required standards.
Assist with breakfast and dinner service, including setting up and clearing dining tables.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant, dining area, bar/coffee station, and service equipment.
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support during busy periods when required.
Assist guests with general requests, luggage, and other hotel services when necessary, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
Support other hotel departments when required and report any maintenance issues, shortages, or guest concerns to management.
Note:
Duty Hour:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3-hour break, scheduled by management.
During peak season, staff may need to work longer hours depending on the number of guests and work after 10:00 PM will be paid as overtime according to the hotel's overtime policy.
Workload may increase significantly during peak tourist and holiday seasons, requiring flexibility and extended working hours when necessary.
Leave during peak seasons is restricted and subject to prior management approval.
Staff are expected to work professionally under female leadership and maintain respect toward all management and team members.
