Job Description

  1. ग्राहकलाई नम्रतापूर्वक स्वागत गर्ने र बस्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउने

  2. मेनु बुझाउने तथा खानेकुरा/पेय पदार्थ छनोटमा सहयोग गर्ने

  3. ग्राहकको अर्डर सही तरिकाले लिने र किचन/बारमा पठाउने

  4. समयमै खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ सर्भ गर्ने

  5. कफी, चिया तथा अन्य पेय पदार्थ (बारिस्टा) तयार गर्ने

  6. टेबल सफा राख्ने र आवश्यक सामग्री (टिश्यु, पानी, कटलरी) मिलाउने

  7. ग्राहकको गुनासो सुन्ने र समाधानका लागि पहल गर्ने

  8. बिल तयार गर्ने र भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया मिलाउने

  9. सरसफाइ तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  10. टोलीसँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्ने

नोट: दैनिक काम गर्ने समय १० घण्टा हुनेछ।
