Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per customer orders

  2. Perform basic latte art and ensure drink presentation is appealing

  3. Take customer orders politely and accurately (food & beverages)

  4. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner

  5. Provide friendly and professional customer service

  6. Maintain cleanliness of tables, coffee station, and service area

  7. Handle billing, payments, and operate POS system if required

  8. Assist in setting up tables and clearing them after use

  9. Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed

  10. Support kitchen or team during busy hours

  11. Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies when needed

  12. Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

    Note : Duty hours (9am to 7pm) ( 12 pm to 10 pm ) both applicable.
