Job Description

  1. Welcome and greet customers/guests politely and professionally

  2. Manage reservations, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries

  3. Guide guests to their tables and provide menus

  4. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

  5. Serve food and drinks in a timely and organized manner

  6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both reception and dining areas

  7. Handle billing and POS system operations

  8. Assist with check-in/check-out if applicable (for hotels or lodges)

  9. Respond to guest concerns, complaints, and special requests

  10. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

  11. Maintain records of guest details, feedback, and payments
