Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests and provide friendly, polite, and professional service throughout their visit.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.

  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and according to the restaurant’s service standards.

  4. Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the dining area is neat and presentable.

  5. Respond to customer requests, questions, and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

  6. Prepare bills, handle payments, and provide accurate change or receipts when required.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

    Duty Hour: 12PM - 9PM

    Working Days: 6 days a week
