Welcome and greet hotel guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while following proper hotel service standards.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests when required.
Set up, clean, and maintain dining tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints politely and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and satisfactory guest service.
Duty Hour: 10 to 12 Hours
