Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

  3. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper serving standards.

  4. Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations to guests when required.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

  6. Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and hotel/restaurant team members to ensure smooth and satisfactory guest service.

Note:

  • English fluency is required.

  • Working hours will be as per assigned shift.

  • 2 days off per month.

  • Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professionally dressed.
