Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, provide attentive service, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

  2. Order Taking: Present the menu, explain vegan dishes and ingredients, take accurate orders, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.

  3. Vegan Food Awareness: Understand the restaurant’s vegan menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, and answer customer questions accurately.

  4. Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.

  5. Table Management: Set up, clear, and clean tables, keeping the dining area neat, hygienic, and welcoming.

  6. Customer Satisfaction: Respond professionally to customer requests, feedback, and concerns, and coordinate with the kitchen or supervisor when required.

  7. Hygiene & Teamwork: Follow food safety and hygiene standards, maintain a clean appearance, and work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8AM - 5PM or 12PM - 10PM
