Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant standards.

  4. Explain menu items, answer customer questions, and provide recommendations when requested.

  5. Set up, clear, and maintain tables, dining areas, and service stations.

  6. Handle customer bills and payments accurately using the POS or cash system.

  7. Maintain cleanliness, follow food-safety standards, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 Hours

    Working Days: 6 Days a week
