Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, present food and beverage menus, and provide detailed recommendations about daily specials and resort offerings.

  2. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system or order pads and promptly communicate special dietary requests to the kitchen team.

  3. Serve meals, beverages, and poolside or room service orders in a professional, courteous, and timely manner following resort service standards.

  4. Set up, maintain, and clear dining tables, outdoor seating areas, and service stations to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.

  5. Present accurate guest bills, process cash or card payments, and handle resort room-charge transactions accurately.

  6. Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to address any additional requests, resolve minor issues, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  7. Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and resort management teams to ensure smooth service flow during peak dining hours and special events.
