Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  3. Serve food and drinks to customers on time

  4. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set

  5. Provide menu information and recommend dishes when needed

  6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

  7. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

  8. Process bills and handle payments correctly

Duty Hour: 9 Hours

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
