Job Description:

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

  3. Serve food and drinks according to hotel/restaurant standards.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service.

  5. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints politely.

  6. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.

  7. Prepare and present bills, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 11AM - 9PM
